Two brothers.
One love for pizza.

Crust Bros Birstall was started by two brothers with a shared love for proper pizza. What began as a passion for dough, fire, flavour and feeding people has grown into a local pizza spot based at Birstall Garden Centre in Leicestershire.

We care about doing things properly. Fresh dough proved low and slow, balanced toppings, great cheese, bold sauces and pizzas made with pride. No shortcuts, no fuss — just honest food we'd happily feed our own family.

We're building something local, from the ground up, for people who notice the difference between quick pizza and pizza made with care. Come hungry. Leave full. Tell your mates.
